Program D - ask Noel Bush about his plans for Program D. Without
significant fundraising, it is unlikely that the Foundation will continue to
support a major software development effort. We will concentrate on AIML
standards and content. There are enough other AIML software projects going
on now for us to get out of that business.

Logo - We had to change the logo because Nika Dubrovsky demanded that we
begin paying money to use the former "Catherine the Great wearing a Turban"
logo, which was somehow "un-donated" to the Foundation. The new logo is
based on the very first ALICE logo we used in 1995, both designed by Sage
Greco. Any resemblence with any other secret society logo is purely
coincidental.

Membership - Many nonprofits have memberships. We don't yet. We would like
to find ways for the community to become more involved in the Foundation
governance. Membership is one way under consideration to do this.

Nothing has been decided with respect to fees, secret handshakes, loyalty
oaths, or personality cults :-) If you want input, please volunteer for the
Membership committee.
