The strange attractor phenomenon

The Attractor is a phenomenon whereby stable motion is generated when a mass based on an elastic structure (“the system”) is activated. As a result of such activation, the structure is deformed and oscillations of various different amplitudes appear. During the deformation (movement) of such mass, the system’s rigidity (parameters) changes and the whole system returns to its initial mode of movement.

The Strange Attractor is an even more non-linear oscillatory system, which stays in resonance mode at all times and causes chaotic oscillations of all frequencies and energies, which change the vibratory picture randomly and uninterruptedly.

The Attractor and Strange Attractor effects are known since the beginning of the 20th century but until recently they were used in electronics, especially in amplifiers.
